Потолки 3, 40. Много места, много воздуха. 3 комнаты, но отдельных спален только 2, остальные комнаты смежные или общие(кухня-холл). Есть книги, дартс, посудомойка, фен, утюг , бокалы, полотенца и т д. Посуда новая, современная. Санузел раздельный, в туалете есть раковина, чтоб гости не стояли в очереди по утрам. До Невского пр. 3 минуты пешком. Все театры и достопримечательности в пешей доступности, а также 3 станции метро, рестораны, магазины и т. п. Ремонт полностью обновлен в апреле 2024 г. Гостей встречаем сами. Двор закрыт, даем пульт от ворот, стоянка во дворе бесплатная. Но предупреждайте, что вы будете на машине заранее, пожалуйста. Отчетные документы от ИП, при необходимости, предоставляются. Заезд в 14: 00, выезд в 12: 00, но оставить у нас вещи можно в любое время. The apartment is spacious (80 sqm), cozy, and comfortable, with 3. 40-meter-high ceilings. It was renovated onlyin april 2024. The bathroom is separate from the toilet, and there is a small sink in the toilet to avoid morning queues. Nearby, you’ll find all the museums, theaters, three metro stations, restaurants, cafes, and supermarketslike pyaterochka, diksi, and spar24 with excellent culinary offerings, as well as kuznechny wetmarket and more. The apartment has three rooms includingtwo separate bedrooms and 1 walk-through bedroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and a single unfoldableikea sofa, the walk-through bedroom has two unfoldable armchairs. There is also an unfoldablesofa in the living room-kitchen. Free parking is available in the closed courtyard. We provide a remote control for the gate.
